When cooking homemade beef sausages, we always recommend starting by frying them over low heat and then turning up the heat slightly toward the end. The indirect cooking method will prevent the natural casing from bursting and the sausage from drying out.

Description
The flavor comes from grass-fed beef. We select various cuts from all our beef—from steaks to ground beef— and we always make sure to blend the perfect ratio of beef to spices, which allows us to create a flavor-packed sausage every time. There’s nothing extra in it—just the meat and spice blend we’ve selected. Package weight: ~500 g. We deliver the product frozen; it has been flash-frozen.

The company’s co-founders, brothers Gunārs and Artūrs Vīganti, are advocates of a healthy lifestyle, and both enjoy to eat food that is both tasty and healthy. Since the brothers also share a “green” mindset, they were both equally convinced that their diet should consist of organically grown and produced food. At that time, organic beef—which both brothers enjoyed so much—was not readily available on the market, so they decided to start raising organic beef cattle themselves.
