This is incredibly tender meat with a wonderful flavor. Beef Petite comes from the shoulder of the cow. A whole cow weighs 1,200 kg, but only up to 2 kg of Beef Petite is obtained from it. The muscles surrounding this small cut of meat are well-developed due to the cattle’s active lifestyle as they graze freely on natural pastures, which is why the meat is so tender and delicious. A great deal of careful work goes into producing this steak, and it is well worth the effort.

The company’s co-founders, brothers Gunārs and Artūrs Vīganti, are advocates of a healthy lifestyle, and both enjoy to eat food that is both tasty and healthy. Since the brothers also share a “green” mindset, they were both equally convinced that their diet should consist of organically grown and produced food. At that time, organic beef—which both brothers enjoyed so much—was not readily available on the market, so they decided to start raising organic beef cattle themselves.
