Description
Neck chop steak. This tender steak (also known as a ranch steak) typically has less fat than other steaks, so the flavor can be a bit mild. Try brushing this steak with olive oil, seasoning it with salt and pepper, and adding some basic herbs, such as oregano, to bring out the flavor. This is a thinner cut of steak, so keep a close eye on it to avoid overcooking. One piece weighs ~250–300g.

The company’s co-founders, brothers Gunārs and Artūrs Vīganti, are advocates of a healthy lifestyle, and both enjoy to eat food that is both tasty and healthy. Since the brothers also share a “green” mindset, they were both equally convinced that their diet should consist of organically grown and produced food. At that time, organic beef—which both brothers enjoyed so much—was not readily available on the market, so they decided to start raising organic beef cattle themselves.
