Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Line a baking pan with foil and place a rack on top.
Use a paper towel to pat the chicken wings dry and place them in a bowl.
In a small bowl, mix together the baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken wings. (For a crispier result, you can let them marinate in the refrigerator overnight.)
Then arrange the wings on the racks so that they do not touch each other.
Bake for 30 minutes, then turn them over and bake for another 20 minutes, until the wings turn a golden brown color.
While the wings are baking, prepare the sauces by mixing the ingredients.
