Equipment

  • Grils

Ingredients

  • 1 pcs. Organic pork breast with bone
  • 1 piece a clove of garlic
  • 1 soy sauces
  • 1 apple cider vinegar
  • 1 adzhika
  • chili paste
  • 1 dining room sugar
  • 1 dining room honey

Instructions

  • Unpack the organic pork breast with bone, pat it dry, and let it come to room temperature for half an hour to an hour. If using a cut that has been flash-frozen, transfer it from the freezer to the refrigerator the day before to let it thaw, or soak it in cold water for two hours, then follow the same steps as for fresh meat. Thanks to this freezing technology, the meat will taste as if it were freshly cut.
  • Once the ribs are unpacked, light the charcoal. Meanwhile, prepare the marinade and the pork belly for grilling. Rub the meat thoroughly on both sides with a mixture of pepper and salt.
  • For the meat marinade, use equal parts of crushed garlic, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, adjika, or chili paste, adjusting the heat to your liking. Add honey and sugar, as the sauce will caramelize during cooking and create a delicious, juicy crust on the meat.
  • Once the marinade is ready, start cooking the meat. Place the slices on the grill and cook for about six minutes on each side, turning them every two minutes. Before the last two turns, brush the meat with the marinade.
  • Once the cooking time is up, remove the meat from the grill and let it rest for ten minutes. Serve with fresh vegetables and your favorite side dishes.
  • Enjoy your meal!
